If you’re anything like me, buying a used car can feel like an adversarial experience. I’m forced to do a bunch of preliminary research to prevent myself from getting ripped off, while the dealer is posturing over semantics to increase his commission. I usually loathe doing it. But not at Garage Candy Autos, they are awesome! I never felt pressured during the process and you can tell Bob & Peggy are genuinely great people. Bob seems to lean toward fun performance vehicles, but they have unique and obscure models too. It’s an interesting mix of cars and trucks. I will 100% buy from Garage Candy again. Couldn’t recommend enough!

If I could give more stars.. I would! Bob and his wife are so sweet and kind! The shop was beautiful, super clean and family friendly. They had snacks and drinks for my daughter and I while we waited for my husband to look at the cars. They both made the entire process super easy and quick. The experience was amazing, I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

We had the best car buying experiece with Bob at Garage Candy Autos! We drove up from Houston the weekend of a major ice storm in the Dallas area and he was in constant communication, keeping us informed of the local weather conditions. Once we arrived we were immediately greeted and welcomed into his well decorated space. We test drove a couple of different cars and talked extensively with him and his mechanic. We never felt rushed or pressured at all. The paperwork portion also went smoothly and we received the plates and title in a timely manner. We would definitely buy from Bob again and recommend Garage Candy Autos to anyone looking for a transparent and enjoyable car buying experience!

Bob is the definition of a solid dude! He cares about his cars and his reputation, and is honest. He was super helpful and full service when it came to all aspects of the buying process (deposit, paperwork, shipping). A+

Bob was great! Very helpful and completely honest throughout the whole buying process. He let me look at the car as long as I wanted and didn't pressure me into buying at all. I would definitely buy a car from him again; it was a wonderful experience!

So he tried to get me the kind of car I really wanted, but unfortunately couldn't. We talked about cars and he asked and looked so many times for what I wanted, even though he didn't have to. Very down to earth person, and I'm actually sad I couldn't buy from him. Didn't pressure me ever, and was just very helpful. Definitely recommend him to try to find the car you really want. Really and awesome person, and so nice to have someone who understands wants and needs in a vehicle.

I bought a GTI off of Bob after making a road trip to come see it in person. He was extremely transparent and made the car buying experience fun and enjoyable. On top of that, he was a great guy and was consistently trying to help. Even after the purchase he was making sure all was well. 10/10 would recommend.
